Horoscope and Age are not getting calculated in the details page?

Both horoscope and age are calculated automatically when you select your date of birth. Please re-select your date of birth in case it doesn't work the first time. In case the issue persists, please try on a PC/laptop using the latest version of Google Chrome browser. Please note that javascript needs to be enabled for the website to function properly.

I am unable to save my details in the details page?

You need to click the 'Update' button after entering all your mandatory details. In case the issue persists even after clicking the update button, please try on a PC/laptop using the latest version of Google Chrome browser. Please note that javascript needs to be enabled for the website to function properly.

Why I can no longer see my conversation with another user?

You cannot send/view messages to/from users who are deactivated or banned.

Do I need to re-login after my account is upgraded to premium?

Yes, you need to re-login into your account once its upgraded to premium.

I forgot my password, what do I need to do to reset my password?

You can reset your password using your email address here.

Why am I receiving emails when I deactivated my profile?

Deactivated users shouldn't receive any email from GoodRishta. Please report this issue to us here and we will investigate and fix the issue as soon as possible.
