Welcome to GoodRishta, a Marital Services Platform. In order to use the GoodRishta Website, you must register as a member of the Site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Oath"). If you wish to become a Member and speak with other Members and make use of the GoodRishta service, study these Terms of Use and follow the directions in the Registration process. This Agreement sets out the officially necessary terms for your membership. This contract may be customized by GoodRishta from time to time, effectual upon notice to you as a Member.
Eligibility:
To register as a member of GoodRishta, you have to be of lawful marriageable age as per the laws of Pakistan (presently, 18 years or over).
Term: You may finish your membership at any time, for any cause by lettering to GoodRishta. GoodRishta may finish your right of entry to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effectual upon sending notice to you at the e-mail address you give in your application for membership or such other e-mail address as you may afterward provide to GoodRishta.
Non-Commercial Use by Members:
The GoodRishta Site is for the private use of individual members only, and may not be used in association with any profit-making activities.
Other Terms:
Several profiles of the same person are not permissible on GoodRishta. GoodRishta reserves the right to disable all various profiles.
You may not connect in promotion to other Members to purchase or trade any products or services through this Site. You will not spread any chain letters or junk e-mail to other GoodRishta Members.
Even though GoodRishta cannot monitor the conduct of its Members of the GoodRishta Site, it is also a disobedience of these set of laws to use any information obtained from the Service in order to annoy, abuse, or mischief another person, or in order to contact, publicize to, request, or sell to any Member without their previous clear permission. For protect GoodRishta and/or our Members from any abuse / mistreat, GoodRishta reserves the right to limit the number of interactions / profile contacts and responses / e-mail which a Member may send to other Member in any 24-hour period to a number which GoodRishta judge appropriate in its sole caution.
Proprietary Rights in Content on GoodRishta: GoodRishta holds and keeps other proprietary rights in the GoodRishta Site and the GoodRishta Service.
The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other information of GoodRishta, and its licensors. Excluding for that information which is in the public area or for which you have been given authorization, you may not copy, alter, issue, broadcast, distribute, perform, display, or advertise any such proprietary information.

You realize and are in agreement that GoodRishta may delete any substance, post, photos or profiles that in the single judgment of GoodRishta abuse the Terms of Use or which might be odious, against the law, or that might violate the rights, spoil, or terrorize the security of other GoodRishta and/or its Members.
The following is a limited list of the type of Content that is unlawful or banned on the Site. GoodRishta will investigate and take suitable legal act in its sole judgment against anyone who disobeys these terms, including without restriction, removing the criminal communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators.
It includes Content that:

Is clearly unpleasant to the online community, such as Content that promotes racial discrimination, prejudice, hatred or physical mischief of any kind against any group or individual;
- Harasses or advocates annoyance of another person;
- Engage the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unwanted bunch mailing or "spamming";
- Promotes information that you know is fake, false or promotes unlawful actions or conduct that is violent, threatening, obscene, insulting or defamatory;
- Promotes an banned or illegal copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to avoid manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or provided that pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- Contains restricted or password only entrée pages, or unseen pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- Exhibit pornographic or sexually explicit stuff of any sort;
- Provides matter that abuse citizens under the age of 18 in a sexual or brutal manner, or solicits private information from anyone below 18;
- Present instructional information about banned activities such as making
- or trade illegal arms, violating someone's privacy, or provide or create computer viruses;
- Solicits passwords or private recognizing information for money-making or Unlawful purposes from other users;
- You have to use the GoodRishta Service in a way consistent with any and all appropriate limited, state, and national laws and regulations.
Copyright Policy:
You may not send, issue, or replicate in any way any copyrighted matter, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the former written permission of the owner of such proprietary rights.
Member Quarrel:
You are exclusively in charge for your connections with other GoodRishta Members. GoodRishta reserves the right, but has no responsibility, to check clash between you and other Members. GoodRishta also reserves the right to take suitable act beside errant members. However, GoodRishta is not appreciative to allocate such action with other members, including complainants.
Privacy:
Use of the GoodRishta Site and/or the GoodRishta Service is directed by our Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy:
Use of the GoodRishta Site and/or the GoodRishta Service is directed by our Refund Policy.
Other:
By becoming a Member of the GoodRishta service, you be in agreement to receive certain particular e-mail from GoodRishta. You can always supervise your subscription.
This contract, accepted upon use of the Site and further confirmed by becoming a Member of the GoodRishta service, contains the entire contract between you and GoodRishta regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service.
If any provision of this Contract/Agreement is detained invalid, the rest of this Contract /Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
By joining GoodRishta, you verify that you have study the above requirements and have the same opinion to abide by them.
