Read these terms and follow the registration instructions before becoming a member and using the GoodRishta service. This agreement contains the terms of your membership and may be updated by GoodRishta from time to time after notice to you.
Eligibility:
To register as a GoodRishta member, you must be of legal marriageable age under the laws of Pakistan (currently 18 years or older).
Term: You may end your membership at any time and for any reason by writing to GoodRishta. GoodRishta may end your access to the Site or your membership for any reason by sending notice to the email address you provided in your application or later gave to GoodRishta.
Non-Commercial Use by Members:
The GoodRishta Site is for the private use of individual members only and may not be used for profit-making activities.
Other Terms:
One person may not have multiple profiles on GoodRishta. GoodRishta may disable duplicate profiles.
You may not promote products or services to other members through this Site. You may not send chain letters or junk email to GoodRishta members.
You may not use information obtained through the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to a member without their prior clear permission. To protect GoodRishta and its members, GoodRishta may limit the number of interactions, profile contacts, responses, or emails a member can send in a 24-hour period.
GoodRishta owns and retains other proprietary rights in the GoodRishta Site and Service.
The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other information belonging to GoodRishta and its licensors. Except for information in the public domain or information you are authorized to use, you may not copy, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, perform, display, or advertise this proprietary information.
User Posted Content
GoodRishta may remove content, posts, photos, or profiles that, in its sole judgment, violate these Terms of Use, are offensive or unlawful, or violate the rights or threaten the safety of GoodRishta or its members.
The following is a limited list of content that is unlawful or prohibited on the Site. GoodRishta will investigate and take appropriate legal action at its discretion, including removing the content and terminating the membership of violators.
Prohibited content includes content that:
- Is clearly offensive to the online community, such as content promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against a group or individual;
- Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- Involves sending junk mail, chain letters, unsolicited bulk email, or spam;
- Promotes information you know is false, or promotes unlawful, violent, threatening, obscene, abusive, or defamatory conduct;
- Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, including pirated software, links to it, or ways to bypass copy protection, or pirated music and links to pirated music;
- Contains restricted or password-only pages, or hidden pages or images that are not linked to accessible pages;
- Displays pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind;
- Exploits people under 18 sexually or violently, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
- Provides instructions about illegal activities, such as making illegal weapons;
- Or trading illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or creating computer viruses;
- Solicits passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
- Uses the GoodRishta Service inconsistently with applicable local, state, or national laws and regulations.
Copyright Policy:
You may not send, publish, or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without the prior written permission of the owner.
Member Disputes:
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other GoodRishta members. GoodRishta may, but is not required to, monitor disputes between you and other members or take action against members who violate these terms. GoodRishta is not required to take action on behalf of any member, including complainants.
Privacy:
Use of the GoodRishta Site or Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy:
Use of the GoodRishta Site or Service is governed by our Refund Policy.
Other:
By becoming a GoodRishta member, you agree to receive certain emails from GoodRishta. You can manage your subscription at any time.
This agreement, accepted through use of the Site and confirmed by becoming a GoodRishta member, is the entire agreement between you and GoodRishta about using the Site or Service.
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
